The Vision

The Gold Standard is a transformative experience helping you break through cycles of stuckness in love, life and relationships and embark on a renewed standard for radiance, connection and fulfillment with yourself, expanding outward.
The Experience
When it comes to transformative change, a simultaneous process of expansion and contraction, of opening and closing, of work and rest are essential. This 10 week journey includes 5 sessions to dive deep into healing and 5 into envisioning and expanding into new and unspoken visions.

The Tools
Embodiment & Somatic Transformation work is about engaging the neurological, emotional and energetic layers of the body/mind to heal unmet trauma & expand the nervous system’s capacity for intimacy.
Through tools such as parts work (internal family systems), encountering our shadow, and embodied visualization, we can allow the integration of at-odds pieces of our body/mind, free childhood-engrained patterns, face long-standing limiting beliefs, and allow new love & life to flow in, through, and to us.
