In yoga (meaning union), viyoga (separation) is seen as integral to the process.
I struggled for years, as many of us ‘multi-passionates’ do (thank you for the language Ayanda), with an attempt to ‘make one’ of the pieces of myself, without fully creating space for the distinctness of my visions.
Over the list 6 months, I realized the most creatively unified version of me is one where my integrated visions of greater vitality, wholeness, and creative expansion for the whole… get to live as distinct projects.
