Rethinking The Format of a 3 Month Coaching Experience

What does a cyclical 3 month coaching journey look like and why does it matter?

Before starting my coaching business I travelled around the world studying religion, spirituality, the environment, approaches to social change… and in general… self trust.

I have long looked at processes for transformation not just personally but collectively.

I noticed something that paired with my design work yet seemed completely missing in human work: (1) the operation in cycles and seasons and (2) relational/systems change.

Nature operates in cycles and seasons. Systems show us that the key to change is not the sole parts themselves but the relationship between parts.

In humanitarian and psychological work we see something strange: the replication of the business model — linear steps, exponential growth, and quarterly measurements.

And so we have to ask: is this model supportive to human (or planetary) health?

Is coaching and therapy just about what happens in the single sessions or is there also potential in the design of the experience?

What would it look like to intentionally design capacity-building coaching experiences designed to foster the highest levels of human agency and active transformation of one’s own life?

This is the goal behind the design of my coaching experience.

My consulting and design company Elegance Lab in general is about adapting the nuances of nature’s beautiful complexity into our models for business and design, and Liberatory Love Coaching is my first expression of these models in action.

Liberatory Love is a gift developed from the slow work of my own heart at a time myself (and the world) was in crisis- its what I needed through 4 years of slow yet emergenty loops following the sudden death of my brother at the age of 23.

Liberatory Love combines my experience in belief & mindset work, embodiment change, holistic sexuality and energetics based in mindfulness and the use of the breath to create shifts on the deepest levels.

I help leaders meet their deepest relational wounds so they can find fulfillment reconnect to joy, intimacy, pleasure and magic and make quantum shifts in their personal and professional lives.

I work on a 1–1 basis and through a bi-annual group container: The Gold Standard to help people shift patterns through deep awareness, presence, the awakening on inner consciousness, helping people activate their greatest strengths in service of their richest goals.
